Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to join our Pasadena store leadership team. This role drives profitability and efficiency by coaching the team and optimizing store operations, including on‑floor and back-of-house activities.

The position requires guiding inventory accuracy, supporting visual standards, and maintaining a safe, inviting shopping environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in a client‑facing, sales environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Identify root causes of inventory issues and escalate with GM.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, replenishment and stock management.
