Job summary

Family Dollar Operations LLC is seeking a Compliance Specialist IV to support and direct the implementation and monitoring of programs that drive pricing accuracy, product quality and safety, and environmental health and safety across our retail stores. The role requires on-site engagement with stores, strong regulatory oversight, and the ability to travel remotely (~65%).

You will train teams, review audits, and work with field leadership to mitigate issues and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
• Experience administering programs with regulatory oversight.
• Strong people skills and ability to communicate with multiple internal and external partners.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in on-site support to ensure pricing accuracy in stores.
• Perform detailed audits of pricing accuracy.
• Evaluate stores against governmental and industry requirements and guidelines on pricing accuracy.
• Partner with retail store operations in training on pricing accuracy.
• Coach, train, and support stores in product quality and safety and environmental health and safety.
• Analyze completed audits and summarize audit results on a periodic basis.
• Identify and supervise actions when urgent issues are found during an audit.
• Follow up with field leadership to ensure mitigation.
• Assist with response to Notices of Violation and returns to compliance, including pricing accuracy.
