T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) in Los Angeles to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on T-Mobile solutions, and demonstrate value using digital tools.

You will complete in-store training and collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support operations. The role emphasizes customer-centric service, relationship building, and sales excellence, with compensation including a base pay of $19.50 hourly plus $5 training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services, using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and store operations; support onboarding of customers and partners.
