Store-in-Store Mobile Associates at T-Mobile USA, Inc. serve as the face of the brand in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional service standards. Requirements include 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).
• Customer satisfaction: Focused customer advocate who loves having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required).
• Team building: Desire to be a part of the groundbreaking T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing knowledge, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues (Required).
• Retail sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required).
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile's warehouse/club member benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve to provide the best customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer experiences, be friendly, engage with customers, build rapport, trust, and loyalty; attract potential customers and drive sales activity.
