Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Head Coach to act as Store Manager in one of our locations. You will lead a team, drive sales, and uphold merchandising, service, and operational standards to deliver outstanding results.

You'll build a strong culture of engagement and ownership, develop talent, and manage performance, payroll, and expenses while guiding the store to strong local market performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail.
• 2+ years of store management and leadership experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Lead performance management, accountability, and recognition.
• Set priorities and ensure execution of all operational standards.
