Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and assistance while upholding merchandising standards.
• Assist with 30–60–90 day plans, staffing, budgeting, and store operations under supervision.
• Communicate goals and plans to direct reports and manage schedules to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Lead the team in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
