Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, executing planograms, and supporting omni‑channel services such as BOPIS and SFS. Evening and weekend shifts are possible in a public retail setting.

• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to deliver Brand Promises.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Perform Store In‑Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
