Job summary

The LEGO Group in Danbury, CT is seeking a retail associate to deliver a signature guest experience at LEGO stores. You will greet guests, handle cash register functions, and maintain clean, safe, and visually stimulating displays in line with LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will also assist in stockroom receiving, follow safety regulations, engage customers, and participate in promotional activities and loyalty programs as part of daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions with a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating store environment and displays.
• Assist in stockroom receiving and keep stockroom in brand-retail standards.
• Resolve customer issues and report situations to management as needed.
• Engage customers and promote materials and loyalty programs.
• Carry out daily store operational tasks as assigned.
