Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions ensuring a signature guest experience
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and learning LEGO Brand Retail standards
• Safely operate the stockroom and assist in merchandise receiving, while following safety regulations
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when needed
• Engage with customers and promote loyalty programs and promotions
• Carry out typical store operations duties as assigned
