Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead our vision and initiatives, drive sales across multiple stores, and ensure a customer-focused in-store experience with strong merchandising execution.

You’ll coach and develop associates, manage staffing, scheduling and inventory, and use reporting to optimize performance and staffing levels while upholding company policies. Competitive pay with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.
