Job summary

Hibbett, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Snellville, GA to oversee store sales and operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role reports to the District Sales Manager and supports overall profitability and brand standards.

The Store Manager will manage daily store activities, set sales targets, supervise payroll and scheduling, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals; focus on company growth.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store; mentor sales staff.
• Maintain awareness of store metrics, inventory, expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and achieve goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure security of assets and prevent shrink; partner with Asset Protection.
