Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with progressive responsibilities.
• Prior management experience preferred and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance and growth.
• Model company values and promote teamwork among employees.
• Monitor local competition and suggest adjustments to maintain position.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interview processes for store personnel.
• Communicate weekly updates and milestones to the team.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash controls are followed to minimize losses.
