• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Lead and develop teams by coaching, touring stores, giving feedback, and communicating business objectives to ensure store operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive store performance by managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
