Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and management experience required; financial accountability and supervision of 50+ nonexempt and 5 exempt associates.
• Experience with performance management, mentoring, hiring and termination.
• Strong leadership and ethics aligned with Walmart values.

Responsibilities

• Directs management and hourly associates in facility operations and merchandising.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and integrity.
• Drives financial performance and sales goals for the facility.
• Leads recruitment, training, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Represents Walmart in community outreach and media interactions.

Education
