• Analyzes profit and loss, budgets, and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Schedules and supervises associates, sets expectations, and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, and integrity standards and Open Door policy.
• Drives continuous improvement and adopts new technologies to enhance customer experience.
