Walmart in Marion, OH is seeking a dynamic leader to supervise and develop store teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service across operations. You will hire, train, and mentor associates, while guiding changes aligned with company direction and OBW standards.

The role emphasizes budgeting, inventory management, and strong people leadership to foster belonging and high performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to meet business goals and enhance customer experiences.

Formación

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required; current state Certificate of Eligibility may apply.
• Attend and complete job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, OpenDoor trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; provide feedback to improve store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Model exceptional customer service and manage customer initiatives using the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow and shrink mitigation; lead seasonal transitions.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.
