• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, coaching, and feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling costs.
• Oversees staffing, hiring, mentoring, and setting clear expectations for hourly associates.
• Ensures customer service excellence and resolves customer issues with a One Best Way approach.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, collaboration, and continuous learning across store operations.
