Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associate will be required to attend trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates across stores and providing feedback.
• Communicates store operations, merchandising, and company direction to teams and leads change efforts.
• Models customer service to store associates and manages customer service initiatives and community outreach.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
