Job summary

Walmart in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, deliver strong customer service, and drive sales and operational excellence across a designated store area.

The role focuses on implementing business solutions, managing budgeting and expenses, merchandising, inventory flow, and community outreach. A performance-based bonus" program and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example the Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Tour to Teach communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations utilizing technology and company direction.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and ensure high quality customer experience.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote belonging in the workplace.
