Farmers Home Furniture is seeking a Group Manager to lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales growth, manage profitability, and maintain strong community ties in Kentucky.

You will recruit and mentor Store Managers, analyze KPIs and credit performance, and ensure operational excellence through disciplined staff development and customer-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration; 7+ years in retail management or supervision.
• Experience leading multiple stores and managing staff.
• Ability to recruit and develop Store Managers and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees group of stores and staff, plans schedules, and coordinates activities.
• Drives sales growth, profitability, and customer relationships.
• Monitors KPIs, P&L, and credit reports, identifying improvements.
• Ensures adherence to policies and training in operational excellence.
