Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single Domino's store. You will provide leadership and supervision over operations, ensuring operational standards, food safety, profitability, and an inclusive, engaged environment for the team.

As GM, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize costs, and lead a high-performing store through excellent customer service and efficient use of technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum GM experience of 1 year in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record preferred.
