Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with audits, policies, and regulations.
• Own accountability to meet or exceed performance targets by reviewing financial reports and executing merchandise and inventory plans.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans that drive results.
• Ensure store-wide safety, service, and operational excellence by implementing policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with coaching and onboarding.
