Pizza Hut in Rocky Mount, VA seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to drive financial and operational performance by empowering and engaging the team. Lead recruitment, training, and culture to exceed brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will own P&L, scheduling, safety, and vendor relationships while delivering top-line growth in a fast-paced environment. You will implement company initiatives, provide coaching, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certified food safety professional.
• MSM Course 10 completion preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous GM or store leadership experience is a plus.

• Hire, train and build a bench of shift leaders and team members.
