Pizza Hut is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in Waynesville, NC to drive financial and operational performance by empowering and engaging the store team. You will hire, train, and build a bench of shift leaders and team members, and promote a positive culture and employee experience.

The role requires oversight of inventory, forecasting, scheduling, and ensuring safety and compliance with brand standards.

Formación

• Must hold ServSafe certification.
• MSM Course 10 completed or in progress.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Oversee All Staff and Operations in Your Restaurant with an Entrepreneurial Mindset.
• Hire, Train, Build a Bench of Shift Leaders and Team Members in Restaurant.
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience (Live Life Unboxed!).
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards.
• Responsible for Oversight and Execution of All Store Inventory, Forecasting, Scheduling Processes.
• Ensure Restaurant Meets/Exceeds Brand Standards and Processes.
