Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and operations in the restaurant.
• Hire, train, and build a bench of shift leaders and team members.
• Own and promote a positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Enforce and follow Pizza Hut service principles.
• Responsible for store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Partner with Field Marketing and Compliance to grow sales.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and health regulations are met.
• Lead P&L management and drive financial performance.
• Communicate initiatives and manage performance of the team.
• Exhibit core values of Tasty Hut, LLC in daily work.
