Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in grocery or similar setting.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving store performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and P&L oversight.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and department leads.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Monitor store financial performance including sales, labor costs, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Drive promotional strategies and in-store marketing to boost revenue.
