Redondo Beach Grocery Outlet is looking for an energetic and experienced Grocery Manager to lead our store team and keep our shelves stocked, organized, and thriving. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of grocery retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of grocery merchandising, inventory control, and product ordering.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Oversee daily grocery department operations including stocking, rotation, and merchandising.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of grocery associates to meet store goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and maintain department cleanliness and safety standards.
• Analyze sales data and shrink reports to drive department performance and profitability.
• Collaborate with store management on promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be electric pallet jack and forklift certified
