Redondo Beach Grocery Outlet is seeking an energetic Grocery Manager to lead our store team, keep shelves stocked, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience in Redondo Beach, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our community.

Qualifications

Knowledge of grocery merchandising and category management.
Experience leading a team in retail or grocery settings.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily grocery department operations including stocking, rotation, and merchandising.
Lead, schedule, and develop a team of grocery associates to meet store goals.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and maintain department cleanliness and safety standards.
Analyze sales data and shrink reports to drive department performance and profitability.
Collaborate with store management on promotions, displays, and seasonal merchandising.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
