Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in grocery or similar setting.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving store performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and P&L oversight.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
