You will lead a professional team, drive weekly objectives, and ensure consistency with visual guidelines and HR policies. The role offers extensive training and opportunities to travel to other stores and abroad.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and improve individual objectives.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold standard team.
• Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure employees present professionally and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with store support departments to utilize company resources.
• Align with HR on policies and development planning for the store team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
