Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. The General Manager will shape the guest experience by coaching a team to deliver Every Guest Every Time. You’ll drive sales targets, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and own day-to-day store operations, including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.

You will participate in NHU and SMU training and lead a fast-paced sales environment focused on customer and employee excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Strong interview and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Mentor the Assistant General Manager and drive guest experience.
• Own store operations including budgeting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Communicate objectives and drive the store’s sales strategy.
