Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As General Manager, you will shape the guest experience by coaching your team to deliver their best to every guest, every time, while exceeding sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, participate in weekly leadership calls, and drive the business forward through motivating your team to excel in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
• Develop and mentor the Assistant General Manager.
• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Communicate and implement Victra's vision across store operations.
