Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and travel.

Responsibilities
