Gap Inc. in Bayshore, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will drive sales growth, oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development to achieve KPI targets and a world-class customer experience.

You will coach teams, implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive culture while leveraging OMNI to create a frictionless customer journey. Travel may be required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations supporting the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Teach and train to build capabilities.
• Lead implementation of SOPs and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive store environment.
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity through action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties as needed.
• Represent the brand and monitor competitors.
• Promote community involvement and OMNI-based customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
