Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a General Manager for our Scottsdale store to lead a team toward a profitable business plan and an exceptional customer experience.

You will align brand vision with shop floor execution, drive sales growth, manage operations, and develop talent. You will analyze results, forecast, schedule, manage the budget, build high-performing teams, coach performance, implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and promote community involvement while leveraging OMNI for a seamless customer

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations and P&L support.
• Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Teach and train to build capabilities.
• Lead implementation of SOPs and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment.
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity through action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and represent the brand.
