Domino's Pizza Albuquerque is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold food safety standards in a high-volume, fast-paced store.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package. Prior managerial experience in quick service is preferred.

Formación

• Must have prior management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
