Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on driving results, ensuring food safety, maintaining image standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, control costs, manage inventory, and oversee labor while upholding safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Formación

• Prior management experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
