Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our Albuquerque store with proven restaurant leadership. You will oversee operations, drive results, ensure food safety, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage cost controls and P&L elements, and strive to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high image standards and a safe, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar leadership position.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Able to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor.
• Strong math skills and ability to calculate accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Increase sales and profit potential.
