107 Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a General Manager II for the Lenexa, KS area. In this role you will lead store teammates, oversee training and scheduling, manage budgeting and P/L, and ensure daily operations run smoothly with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

You will drive performance through staff development, inventory control, and adherence to company policies, while delivering strong guest service and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and delivering guest service excellence.
• Ability to manage budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Proven track record in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain inventory with cost of goods, ordering, and receiving goods.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and store profitability drivers.
• Maintain and coordinate store facilities, equipment, and safety standards.
• Train teammates, manage scheduling, and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead store opening/closing and ensure cash controls are in place.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention to deter theft and protect assets.
