Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays.
• Leadership experience in fast‑paced retail, food service, or fuel environments.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire career growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency.
• Own accountability to meet performance targets by reviewing financial reports and executing merchandise and inventory plans.
• Analyze trends, control costs, reduce waste, and manage cash procedures to ensure profitability.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to develop action plans for optimal results.
• Ensure store-wide safety, service, and operational excellence by executing policies and safety programs.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and onboarding.
