The role requires handling cost controls, inventory, and food safety while driving sales growth and profitability. A valid driver's license and prior supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast food/quick service environment.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong leadership and accountability for staff performance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff members.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety.
• Provide best in class customer service.
• Aim to increase sales and profit potential.
