Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our store operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and team development. You will drive results, uphold food safety and brand standards, and ensure daily excellence in service, quality, and appearance.

The role requires prior management or supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to manage costs, P&L, and labor while motivating a team to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent (required).
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members.
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety.
