Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, uphold standards, and support team members. You will oversee operations, drive results, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing staff development and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities include controlling costs, maintaining food quality, training and developing the team, and driving sales and profitability for daily store performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
