Job summary

Dash In, located in Fort Mill, SC, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team, focus on guest experiences, and deliver strong financial results. You will manage the store P&L, operations, safety, and brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail or foodservice, with convenience store experience preferred, and ServSafe certification. Training may involve travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Oversee store operations including foodservice, inventory, merchandising, safety and brand standards.
• Manage the store P&L, drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, audits, and customer service standards.
