You will manage the store P&L, drive sales, profits, inventory, and brand standards while fostering accountability and service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced settings, a ServSafe certification, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to training and HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team focused on guest experiences, operations, and strong financial results.
• Oversee P&L, drive sales and profitability, and enforce brand standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, safety, and foodservice operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with company programs and audits.
