Dash In in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team and drive guest satisfaction, sales, and financial results. You will manage the store P&L, optimize operations, inventory, merchandising, safety, and brand standards while cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced environments, ServSafe certification, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced guest-focused environments.
• 3+ years leading a high-performing convenience store location.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing store team focused on guest experiences and profitability.
• Oversee P&L, drive sales, margins, labor, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure foodservice operations, safety, and brand standards.
• Maintain brand standards and audits across store operations.
• Travel to headquarters and other stores as required.
