Job summary

Dash In in Greensboro, NC is hiring a General Manager to lead a high-performing store team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and achieve strong financial results.

You’ll oversee P&L, inventory, foodservice, merchandising, safety, and brand standards, with initial training possibly in Concord, NC, and potential travel to Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

This full-time salaried role offers a 54k–75k salary with a 5% annual bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead daily store operations while maintaining brand standards across service, cleanliness, merchandising, safety, and foodservice.
• Manage the P&L and drive results across sales, margins, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, merchandising, product placement, and loss prevention to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee foodservice operations, food safety, product quality, and execution while supporting strong food margins.
• Support new concepts, programs, processes, and foodservice innovations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain strong performance across food safety, guest experience, age verification, cash, and operational audits and inspections.
