Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient product flow within the store.
• Recruits, hires, and develops store talent.
• Coaches, trains, and develops management staff.
• Facilitates daily briefings and regular meetings to align the team.
• Creates schedules to ensure adequate store coverage.
• Builds community relations and partnerships to enhance the store’s reputation.
• Makes bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Purchases café/grocery supplies as required.
• Develops daily agendas and schedules aligned with business needs.
• Performs other duties; duties may vary by store size/volume.
