Qualifications

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver\'s license.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.
• ServSafe Certification and/or Food Handler\'s Permit where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
