Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Fridley, Minnesota to lead store performance and guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant or retail management, flexibility to work varied shifts, a willingness to learn new systems, and a strong commitment to food safety, team development, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant/retail/guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time (47 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools as they are introduced to support the business.
• ServSafe certification or ability to receive within 90 days.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruitment, and training.
• Experience with Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
